Mr. James Okoit Owaraga is a seasoned executive with experience that spans a period of over 20 years in the Audio-Visual Production Industry in East Africa. During this period he has served in various capacities in the major Television stations in Uganda. His last posting before going private was with Uganda Communications Commission, the Regulator for Film, Telecommunications and Broadcasting in Uganda as a Specialist Film Video and Cinematography.
